Mohamed Othman is the Managing Partner of Luxvant Properties L.L.C. and former Associate Director of Sales at Sotheby’s International Realty and other leading realestate entiyies in UAE , bringing over a decade of high-performance leadership across luxury real estate, investment advisory, and strategic growth. Mohamed began his career in Cairo, where he successfully invested in and developed residential properties from the age of 24. building a strong foundation in valuation, risk analysis, and capital appreciation. In 2015, he relocated to Dubai and rapidly established himself as a top-tier dealmaker in the ultra-prime segment, known for combining sharp financial analysis, strategic negotiation, and relationship-driven leadership to deliver exceptional results for investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients. With a background as a Portfolio Manager at one of the UAE’s leading banks, Mohamed brings institutional-grade financial discipline to real estate, structuring investments with a clear focus on ROI, downside protection, and long-term value creation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cairo University and is an Executive MBA student at London Business School, further strengthening his global business perspective, leadership capabilities, and strategic decision-making expertise.
